Jeffrey A. Lerman, Esq. joined Emmi & Emmi PC as an associate in 2019. Mr. Lerman has been handling the defense of insurance claims across various lines of business since 1988 and has represented a full spectrum of insureds, including home health agencies, transportation companies, and staffing agencies. In addition, Mr. Lerman led a notable carrier's defense of a Medical Fee Applications in New Jersey and supervised the handling of a case that resulted in a favorable decision that is now being used as a benchmark for determining appropriate provider payments in this jurisdiction. Mr. Lerman is currently handling Worker's Compensation defense matters throughout Central and North Jersey.
